• 300mls Coruba Gold
• 600mls Pineapple Juice
• 200mls Fresh Lime Juice
• 10tsp Heilala Vanilla Sugar
• 750mls Prosecco
• 18 Mint Leaves
• Fresh Limes


1. Add fresh lime juice and vanilla sugar to a punch bowl
2. Stir to combine
3. Measure and pour in remaining ingredients
4. Add large ice block to chill
5. Garnish with fresh lime and mint leaves
