Each month we’ll bring you three of our favourite craft beers, and give you a little bit of info about why you should try them!


Panhead PilsnerPanhead Port Rd Pilsner


Profile: 2 – The Port Rd Pilsner is easily one of the most approachable craft beers you will find.

Food matches: Pan fried Salmon or Snapper.

Tasting notes: Passionfruit, grapefruit and sauvignon blanc come through this beer on a nicely balanced bed of Malt.

Shakespear The Bastard_IPA Shakespeare Brewing “The Bastard” IPA


Profile: 5.5 – This IPA is very approachable for beginners and old hands in the good beer drinking world.

Food matches: South East Asian style curries.

Tasting notes: A hint of pine balanced nicely with tropical fruit undertones with a biscuity finish, this beer can be enjoyed at anytime.

Profile: 5.5 – mid complexity

Food matches: Szechuan duck, braised rabbit or just good old continental sausages.

Tasting notes:Enjoy vibrant notes of passionfruit, gooseberry and grapefruit that only the freshest Sauvin hops can provide.
